Un modèle HQE

Take a close look at the equipment you use in your daily working life, then ask whether it suffers from innovation lethargy because it has become a default industry standard that no-one questions despite its obvious drawbacks.
This is the process that led to the development of Transfert, a new modular stainless steel trolley system for restaurants and corporate or municipal kitchens. Existing trollies conform to dimensions set by theGaslroNormes international standard containers, which vary in depth from 20-65 mm (1/2 - 21/2 in). These containers slide on L-shaped runners set in a fixed frarne that usually accommodates ten trays, but the trolley structure is difficult to access to dean properly.

Transfert accepts the GastroNormes containers but makes a radical departure from the usual trolley. It is made of a series of individual stacking modules made of a continuous single 10 mm² (1/2 in) diameter stainless steel wire bent in three dimensions without any welding. This modular solution and the unique geometry makes Transfert more easily hand-washable and also the first machine-washable trolley. It can be stacked in a stationary or mobile unit lo provide flexible work practices and minimize workers stress and strains. Transfert is the first piece of professional kitchen equipment to be awarded a prestigious Etloile du Design award in 2004.
